15.6" 144Hz gaming laptop with Ryzen 5 5600H, GTX 1650, 8GB DDR4 and 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD
The HP Pavilion 15z-ec200 pairs a 5th Gen AMD Ryzen 5 5600H processor with an NVIDIA GTX 1650 4GB GDDR6 dedicated graphics card. A 15.6-inch Full HD IPS display running at 144Hz delivers smooth motion for fast-paced titles. 8GB of DDR4 memory and a 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD provide responsive system performance. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed.
The system ships with a 150W power supply and a 3-cell 52 WHr battery to manage the 6-core processor and discrete GPU under load. The Shadow Black chassis is designed to dissipate heat during extended gaming sessions. Fan behaviour scales with CPU and GPU demand to balance temperature and acoustic output. No liquid-cooling or vapour-chamber details are provided by the manufacturer.
An included HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock expands connectivity through a single USB-C link, adding four USB Type-A ports, two DisplayPort 1.4 outputs, an HDMI 2.0 port, RJ-45 Ethernet and a combo audio jack. The laptop itself offers USB 3.1 Gen1, USB 2.0, HDMI, USB-C Gen1, an SD card reader and a headphone/microphone jack. A 720p webcam, full-size acid-green backlit keyboard and 802.11ax Wi-Fi with Bluetooth 5.2 complete the package. Weighing 4.40lb and measuring 14.17 by 10.12 by 0.9 inches, it fits standard 15-inch laptop bags.

Open the bottom case, insert a DDR4 SO-DIMM into the free slot; the common mistake is buying a different DDR generation that will not fit.
The 52 WHr battery is the first wear item; replace it with an HP 3-cell 52 WHr unit when runtime drops below half of new.
Sustained load pushes the CPU toward its 4.2 GHz turbo ceiling, triggering thermal throttling before the GPU hits its limit.
