Business-ready 14-inch laptop

The HP ProBook 640 G9 is a refurbished business laptop graded A for excellent cosmetic condition. It ships with Windows 11 Pro 64-bit and an Intel Core i5-1245U processor. The 10-core design suits office workloads and mobile professionals needing reliable performance.

8 GB memory and 256 GB NVMe storage

The 8 GB of system memory handles standard multitasking and web-based applications comfortably. The 256 GB NVMe drive provides fast boot and load times for the OS and core programs. Demanding creative suites or large local datasets will exceed the available capacity and shared graphics memory.

14-inch FHD non-touch display

The 14.0-inch panel delivers a 1920 x 1080 resolution in a non-touch format. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics drive the internal screen and external monitors via HDMI 2.0 and Mini DisplayPort 1.4. Buyers needing a touchscreen or discrete GPU for heavy 3D work should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the Thunderbolt 4 port on this ProBook 640 G9 drive my older USB-A 3.2 dock and monitors?

The laptop has 3 USB-A 3.2 ports and 1 Thunderbolt 4 port, so you can connect your dock directly to USB-A or use a Thunderbolt 4 cable for higher bandwidth.

How can I verify the Intel Core i5-1245U and Intel Iris Xe graphics are running correctly after installing Windows 11 Pro?

Open Device Manager to confirm the 10-core processor and integrated Iris Xe adapter appear without errors, then run the built-in DirectX Diagnostic Tool to check driver versions.

Does the box include a power adapter and video cables for the HDMI 2.0 and Mini DisplayPort 1.4 outputs?

The unit ships with the laptop and its AC adapter; HDMI 2.0 and Mini DisplayPort 1.4 cables are not included and must be purchased separately.
