A 2U rack server with dual 10-core Xeon Silver 4114 CPUs, 128GB DDR4, ten 2.5-inch bays populated by two 1.2TB SAS drives, and a quad-port 331FLR NIC
This HP ProLiant DL380 Gen10 is a 2U rack server equipped with dual Intel Xeon Silver 4114 processors running at 2.20GHz. Each CPU provides 10 cores for a total of 20 cores and the system includes 128GB of DDR4 memory. Two 1.2TB SAS drives and a 331FLR quad-port NIC are installed. It is built for business workloads such as virtualization, databases, file storage, backups and application hosting in data centres or server rooms.
The server uses a standard rack-mount chassis with hot-plug 2.5-inch drive bays so drives and memory can be added without tools. The 331FLR quad-port NIC occupies a PCIe slot; verify the bracket matches your rack rails. A frequent oversight is forgetting that the integrated GPU provides only basic video, so a dedicated graphics card is needed for graphical workloads. Ensure the operating system is installed separately as none is supplied.
Confirm your rack provides a 2U space and adequate cooling for a 60 weight unit. Check that your power infrastructure can supply two CPUs and up to 10 SAS drives plus any additional expansion cards. The chassis supports up to 24 SFF or 12 LFF hot-plug SAS, SATA or NVMe drives and maximum memory capacity is 3TB DDR4. Verify the Smart Array RAID controller configuration matches your redundancy requirements before ordering.

The front-panel LEDs show power and Ethernet status; the BIOS POST screen will list both 10-core CPUs at 2.20GHz and the full 128GB DDR4 memory total.
The unit includes the 2U chassis, dual Xeon Silver 4114 CPUs, 128GB DDR4, two 1.2TB 2.5in SAS drives and a 331FLR quad-port NIC; you must supply an operating system and any additional drives.
This model has 10 SFF bays; the DL380 Gen10 chassis can scale to 24 SFF bays, so choose a 24-bay configuration if you need the maximum count.
