Form-Fitting Hard Shell

The HP T3P15AA is a rigid protective case moulded for the HP Elite x2 1012 G1 tablet. Its polycarbonate and polyurethane construction wraps the device in a slim 0.57 inch profile. Precise cutouts keep every port and input accessible without removing the shell. An integrated kickstand supports hands-free viewing on a desk or table.

Carrying Options & Limits

Two detachable straps are included: a shoulder strap for commuting and a hand strap for quick carries. The case fits only the 12 inch Elite x2 1012 G1; other 12 inch tablets will not seat correctly. Buyers needing a universal sleeve or a folio with pen loops should look elsewhere.

12-Inch Elite x2 1012 G1 Exclusive Fit

This case is engineered exclusively for the HP Elite x2 1012 G1 tablet. The internal dimensions match that single model, so the tablet snaps in securely with no play. If you own a different device, even another 12 inch HP model, this case will not work.

Questions about this item

Does the 0.57 in thick polycarbonate shell trap heat around the Elite x2 1012 during all-day use?

The hard shell adds only 0.57 in of thickness and weighs 1.4 lb, so airflow around the tablet vents remains largely unobstructed.

Which exact tablet model must I already own for the snap-in fit and port cut-outs to line up?

The case is moulded for the HP Elite x2 1012 G1; any other 12 in device will not match the port openings or the kickstand clearance.

Can I keep using the original HP keyboard cover while the 1012 sits inside this case?

The case covers the tablet’s upper surface only, leaving the magnetic keyboard connector exposed so the factory keyboard cover still attaches and functions.
