Wide-format satin photo paper

This HP Universal Instant-dry Satin Photo Paper comes in a 42 in x 100 ft roll, equivalent to 1067 mm x 30.5 m. It is designed for graphic art and photography professionals plus print service providers who need excellent image quality. The FSC-certified paper produces deeper blacks, vivid colours and an improved satin texture for attention-grabbing display graphics.

Suited for high-volume indoor display work

It suits users printing posters, presentations and retail graphics with HP dye- or pigment-based inks who want instant-dry handling and immediate lamination. Buyers needing a smaller sheet format or a different surface finish such as gloss or matte should look at alternative media. The jumbo roll enables unattended printing for longer production runs.

Simple roll loading for compatible wide-format

Installation consists of loading the roll onto the printer spindle and threading the leading edge through the paper path. The instant-dry coating eliminates drying-time delays so prints can be handled or laminated straight away. Most issues arise from incorrect tension settings or using a printer that cannot accept a 42-inch wide roll.
