15.6" 144Hz gaming laptop

The HP Victus pairs a 15.6 inch 144Hz FHD display with an Intel Core i5-13420H processor that reaches 4.6GHz turbo. It includes 16GB DDR4 memory and a 512GB NVMe SSD. An NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 with 6GB GDDR6 handles graphics duties. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro.

Suited for 1080p play, not heavy content work

This configuration suits gamers targeting 1080p at high refresh rates and students needing a portable Windows 11 Pro machine. The 8-core CPU and 144Hz panel support competitive titles. Buyers who need longer unplugged sessions or heavier rendering headroom should look at something else.

Thermal behaviour under load

The 10.04 by 14.09 by 0.93 inch chassis houses the 13th Gen Intel chip and RTX 3050 within a 5 to 5.9 lb frame. Sustained gaming will push thermals toward the cooling limits of this thin profile. Battery life is rated up to 3 hours, so extended sessions require the power adapter. Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 maintain connectivity during load.
