Compact 15.6" gaming laptop for entry-level players

The HP Victus 15.6 combines a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12450H processor with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphics card. It targets gamers who want a portable machine for popular titles at 1080p resolution. The 144Hz IPS display and 8GB of DDR4 memory support smooth gameplay and everyday multitasking.

Sustained performance

The 15.6 inch FHD panel runs at 144 Hz with a 9 ms response time to reduce ghosting during extended sessions. The GTX 1650 with 4GB GDDR5 delivers consistent frame rates in mainstream games, while the i5-12450H reaches up to 4.4 GHz boost clocks. The 52.5 Wh battery and 512GB PCIe SSD handle long loads without rapid capacity loss.

Straightforward setup with standard port selection

Windows 11 Home is pre-installed so the laptop is ready to use after the initial configuration. Connectivity includes HDMI 2.1, RJ-45 Ethernet, USB-C 3.0, two USB-A 3.0 ports, an SD card reader and a combo audio jack. The 8GB RAM is not user-upgradable, limiting future memory expansion for heavier workloads.
