15.6-inch 144 Hz gaming laptop

The HP Victus pairs an Intel Core i5-13420H 8-core processor with an NVIDIA RTX 4050 GPU and 6 GB GDDR6 video memory. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4 system memory and a 1 TB PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD complete the core specification. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed on the 1920 x 1080 IPS panel.

Display limits and connectivity

The 144 Hz FHD screen reaches 250 nits typical brightness and covers 45 % NTSC colour volume. A single HDMI 2.1 output drives an external monitor at the panel's native resolution. Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 handle wireless links, while two USB 3.0 Type-A ports and one USB 3.2 Type-C port provide wired peripheral bandwidth.

Installation notes

The chassis measures 14.15 x 9.25 x 0.90 inches and weighs 5.06 lb, so it fits most 15.6-inch sleeves without forcing. Memory and storage slots are accessible after removing the base screws; take care not to strip the small fasteners. Driver updates for the RTX 4050 and Wi-Fi 6 adapter should be run before the first gaming session to avoid stutter.
