HP Victus 15.6" Gaming Laptop i5-13420H RTX 4050

This 15.6 inch gaming laptop pairs an Intel Core i5-13420H processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU. It ships with 16GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB PCIe Gen 4 NVMe M.2 SSD. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for professional use.

144Hz FHD IPS Display Limits

The 15.6 inch panel delivers 1920 x 1080 resolution at 144 Hz with IPS technology and anti-glare coating. Brightness reaches 250 to 300 nits depending on configuration, covering 45% NTSC colour space. A 9 ms response time supports motion clarity for fast-paced titles. HDMI 2.1 allows external monitors at higher refresh rates.

6GB GDDR6 GPU Decides Fit

The GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU provides 6GB GDDR6 dedicated video memory. This capacity determines whether the system handles modern games at 1080p high settings or requires lower texture quality. Buyers should match this VRAM figure to their target titles and resolution expectations.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 16 GB DDR4 or the 1 TB PCIe Gen 4 NVMe M.2 SSD?

The 16 GB DDR4 is system memory for running games and apps; the 1 TB PCIe Gen 4 NVMe M.2 SSD is storage for the OS and files. Both are already included, so there is no either-or choice.

What does the 4.6 GHz turbo on the i5-13420H actually deliver in a laptop chassis?

The 8-core i5-13420H can reach 4.6 GHz on its 4 performance cores when thermal headroom allows, giving strong single-thread speed for gaming and responsive multitasking.

What can the HDMI 2.1 port drive in practice?

The HDMI 2.1 output connects external monitors or TVs and supports high-refresh 1080p and 4K signals up to the bandwidth limit of the port.
