15.6" 144Hz FHD gaming laptop

The HP Victus 15 is a 15.6 inch Full HD gaming laptop with a 144Hz refresh rate. It runs on an Intel Core i5-12450H 8-core processor that reaches 4.4 GHz turbo frequency. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 graphics with 4 GB GDDR6 handle modern titles. The system includes 16 GB DDR5 memory and a 512 GB PCIe SSD. Windows 11 Home comes pre-installed in a blue chassis.

Suits 1080p gaming and daily work

This configuration suits players who target 1080p resolution at high refresh rates and need a responsive backlit keyboard. The 8-core CPU and 16 GB DDR5 also handle multitasking, streaming and light content creation. Buyers who need more than 4 GB video memory or a higher-resolution panel should consider other models.

RTX 3050 4 GB GDDR6 decides fit

The single specification that decides fit is the RTX 3050 with 4 GB GDDR6 video memory. It determines which games run smoothly at native 1920 x 1080 and which settings must be lowered. If your preferred titles demand 6 GB or more VRAM, this GPU will be the limiting factor.

Questions about this item

Will the 15.6 inch 144Hz FHD display run games smoothly with the RTX 3050 graphics?

The 144Hz panel refreshes up to 144 times per second and the RTX 3050 with 4GB GDDR6 drives modern titles at 1080p, so fast-paced games stay fluid on the 1920 x 1080 screen.

Does the Intel Core i5-12450H processor handle streaming and gaming at the same time?

The 8-core 12-thread CPU runs at a 1.5 GHz base and boosts to 4.4 GHz, giving enough multi-thread headroom for gaming while encoding a stream.
