HP Victus 15 with RTX 4050

The HP Victus 15 is a 15.6 inch gaming laptop built around an Intel Core i5 13th Gen processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 GPU with 6GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 64GB DDR5 RAM and a 2TB PCIe SSD running Windows 11 Pro.

Suits 144Hz competitive play.

The 144Hz FHD anti-glare panel serves fast-paced shooters and esports titles well, while the 8-core CPU handles streaming and background tasks. The 45% NTSC colour gamut makes it a poor choice for photo or video grading.

Deciding spec: RTX 4050 6GB GDDR6

This GPU tier targets 1080p high-refresh gaming with ray-tracing options enabled. If your workflow needs more VRAM for 3D rendering or 1440p output, look at a higher-tier mobile GPU.

Questions about this item

The laptop measures 14.09 by 10.04 by 0.93 inches and weighs 5.1 pounds.

Which screw type secures the bottom cover for RAM or SSD access?

The base panel is held by standard Phillips-head screws; the common mistake is using a Torx driver and stripping the heads.
