15.6-inch 144 Hz gaming laptop

The HP Victus 15 pairs a 13th-generation Intel Core i5-13420H eight-core processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 6 GB GDDR6 graphics card. It ships with 32 GB of DDR5 memory and a 4 TB PCIe solid-state drive. The 15.6-inch full-HD display runs at 144 Hz and Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.

Suited to 1080p play and multitasking

This configuration handles mainstream games at 1080p resolution and supports heavy multitasking with its large memory and storage allotment. Buyers who need higher frame rates at 1440p or ray-tracing performance should consider a laptop with a more powerful GPU tier.

Thermal behaviour under load

The 0.93-inch chassis relies on its internal cooling solution to manage sustained output from the 12-thread processor and discrete GPU. During extended sessions clock speeds will settle at levels the thermal design can maintain rather than staying at the 4.6 GHz turbo peak. Fan noise becomes audible as the system balances temperature and performance.
