Purpose-built gaming laptop

The HP Victus 15 pairs a 13th Gen Intel 8-core i5-13420H processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 6GB GPU. It ships with 32GB DDR4 memory and a 2TB PCIe SSD. The 15.6" FHD 144Hz IPS panel targets competitive play and everyday multitasking.

Capacity and headroom

32GB DDR4 handles modern titles and background apps without paging. The 2TB PCIe SSD stores a large library and loads levels quickly. The 6GB GPU frame buffer becomes the limit at ultra settings in the newest AAA games. The 8-core CPU sustains high clocks for streaming while gaming.

Thermals, noise and power

The 14.05 x 10.03 x 0.92 inch chassis weighs 5.06 lbs. Under load the fans spin up audibly but remain within typical gaming-laptop norms. Surface temperatures stay comfortable for keyboard use. The 720p webcam and B&O audio function without adding thermal load.

Questions about this item

Will the HDMI 2.1 port drive my older 1080p monitor without scaling issues?

The HDMI 2.1 output supports 1920 x 1080 at 144 Hz, so a 1080p panel will run at its native resolution with no scaling required.

How can I verify the RTX 4050 is running at full speed after setup?

Open the NVIDIA control panel and confirm the GPU shows 6 GB video memory and the display reports 144 Hz at 1920 x 1080.

What ships in the box and what must I buy separately?

The laptop, power adapter and documentation are included; no external peripherals or storage upgrades are supplied.
