15.6" 144Hz FHD Gaming Laptop

The HP Victus 15 Raider is a 15.6 inch gaming laptop with a 144Hz Full HD anti-glare display. It runs on an Intel Core i5-13420H 8-core processor reaching 4.6 GHz turbo frequency. Graphics are handled by an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU with 6GB GDDR6 video memory. The system includes 32GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB PCIe SSD running Windows 11 Home.

Who This Suits and Who Should Look Elsewhere

This configuration suits gamers and creators who need high refresh-rate visuals and 32GB memory out of the box. The 8-core CPU and dedicated RTX 4050 handle modern titles at 1080p. Buyers needing a fingerprint reader or an SD card slot should consider other models. The 45% NTSC colour gamut may not meet professional colour-critical work requirements.

Deciding Specification: 32GB DDR4 and 1TB PCIe SSD

The combined 32GB DDR4 memory and 1TB PCIe SSD capacity is the key specification that decides fit. This amount of memory supports heavy multitasking and demanding games without immediate upgrades. The PCIe SSD provides fast boot and load times for the operating system and large game libraries.
