15.6-inch 144Hz gaming laptop

The HP Victus 15 Raider combines an Intel Core i5-13420H 8-core processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 6GB GDDR6 GPU. It ships with 64GB DDR4 memory and a 2TB PCIe SSD running Windows 11 Home. The anti-glare FHD panel covers 45% NTSC and targets gamers who want high refresh rates in a portable chassis.

Display and I/O limits

The 15.6-inch 1920 x 1080 screen runs at 144Hz with LED backlight and 45% NTSC colour coverage. External displays connect via HDMI 2.1. USB connectivity includes one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port at 10Gbps with power-off charging, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports at 10Gbps, and a headphone/microphone combo jack. Networking uses Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 with a 10/100/1000Mbps LAN port.

Upgrade access and common issues

The original seal is opened by engineers for RAM and SSD upgrades, so factory memory and storage are not user-accessible without voiding the upgrade warranty. The 64GB DDR4 and 2TB PCIe SSD are already at high capacities, limiting further expansion. Buyers should verify the upgrade warranty terms before attempting internal changes. The 720p webcam and lack of fingerprint reader are fixed hardware constraints.
