16-inch mobile workstation with RTX Pro 500

The HP ZBook 8 G2i pairs a 16.0-inch WUXGA display running at 60 Hz with an Intel Core Ultra 7 366H processor and 32 GB of memory. A 1 TB SSD provides fast local storage for large project files. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for professional manageability and security features.

Dedicated 6 GB GPU and HDMI output

The NVIDIA RTX Pro 500 Blackwell graphics card brings 6 GB of video memory for hardware-accelerated rendering and compute workloads. A single HDMI port allows direct connection to an external monitor without additional adapters. Bluetooth and an integrated webcam support wireless peripherals and video conferencing out of the box.

Suited for ISV-certified workflows on the move

This configuration targets engineers and creators who need certified application stability in a silver aluminium chassis. Buyers who require a touchscreen, a higher refresh-rate panel or more than one video output should evaluate alternative models. Users dependent on specific legacy ports not listed here will need separate docking solutions.

Questions about this item

Will the 32 GB memory or 1 TB SSD need upgrading for future workloads?

The 32 GB memory and 1 TB SSD are fixed at purchase; both capacities are set by the factory configuration and cannot be expanded later.

Which component hits its limit first during long rendering sessions on the RTX 500?

The RTX 500 with 6 GB video memory will reach its frame-buffer ceiling before the 32 GB system memory becomes a bottleneck in sustained GPU workloads.

How loud or hot does the Meteor Silver Aluminum chassis get when the Core Ultra 7 366H runs all day?

The aluminium chassis dissipates heat from the Core Ultra 7 366H and RTX 500, so surface temperatures rise noticeably and fan noise increases under continuous full-load operation.
