Questions about this item

Will the 24 Gigabit ports auto-negotiate with my existing 10/100Base-TX devices?

Yes, the switch supports 10/100/1000Base-T so older 10/100 endpoints will connect at their rated speed without manual configuration.

How can I verify the 370 W PoE+ budget is actually delivering power to connected devices?

The switch is manageable; log in and check the PoE port status page to see real-time power draw per port and confirm the total stays within the 370 W limit.
