Universal Media Bay for DL380 Gen10

The HPE 826708-B21 is a black tower chassis component designed specifically for the HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen 10 Server. It serves as a universal media bay, providing the necessary mounting infrastructure for optical drives or backup devices within that platform. This part targets IT administrators maintaining or configuring compatible Gen10 systems.

Tool-less drive mounting for quick swaps

The bay uses a tool-less carrier design that lets technicians insert or remove supported media drives without screws, reducing service time during upgrades or failures. Its black finish matches the server aesthetic while the precise Gen10 alignment ensures the front bezel closes flush. Buyers needing support for newer drive form factors or different server generations should verify compatibility before purchase.
