Questions about this item

How do I verify the drive spins at 10K RPM and negotiates a 12G SAS link after installation?

The drive should identify as a 1.2TB 10K RPM SAS device in the server BIOS or RAID controller and report a negotiated 12G link speed.

Does the EG1200JETKC ship with a carrier or mounting screws, or must I source them separately?

The drive is supplied in retail or OEM packing that may vary; a carrier or screws are not guaranteed and may need to be sourced for your server chassis.
