Juniper EX-SFP-10GE-SR transceiver delivers 10 GbE SR connectivity for EX3200 and EX4200 series switches
This HPE Juniper Networking transceiver provides 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity for EX3200 and EX4200 Series switches. It suits network administrators who need short-range uplinks to aggregation or core layer switches across multiple floors or buildings.
The module operates at 10 GbE speeds for high-bandwidth links between access and distribution layers. It is designed for short-reach multimode fibre runs and does not support longer single-mode distances or lower-speed Gigabit Ethernet operation on the same port.
As a hot-pluggable SFP+ transceiver, it draws power directly from the host switch port without an external supply. Normal operation stays within standard SFP+ thermal limits, producing no audible noise since the module contains no moving parts or active cooling.
