Questions about this item

Will the USB-C connector on this 12 V 36 W adapter wear out and need replacement?

The USB-C connector is rated for typical insertion cycles; no user-serviceable parts exist inside the sealed adapter, so the whole unit would be replaced if the port fails.

What thermal limit appears first when the adapter runs at 36 W continuously?

The internal protection triggers at the designed thermal ceiling, reducing output before any component exceeds its safe operating temperature.
