1U rack server with dual 32-core Xeon 6430 CPUs, 1TB DDR5 memory, and 30.72TB enterprise SAS SSD storage
The HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen11 fits a dense 1U form factor and ships with dual Xeon Gold 6430 processors, each offering 32 cores at 2.10 GHz with a 3.40 GHz turbo ceiling. It targets organisations that run database applications and virtualisation on a single chassis and need hot-swappable redundant power supplies for continuous uptime. The bundle includes Windows Server 2022 Standard licensed for 16 cores.
Sixteen 64 GB DDR5-4800 ECC buffered modules populate the memory subsystem, delivering 1 TB of capacity at PC5-38400 speeds for steady multi-tenant performance. Eight 3.84 TB enterprise SAS SSDs provide 30.72 TB of flash storage behind an MR408i-o Gen11 controller with 4 GB cache, keeping latency predictable under heavy, prolonged I/O rather than just burst activity. Hot-swap power and iLO 6 remote management keep the platform available during extended duty cycles.
The embedded four-port 1 GbE OCP3 adapter caps network throughput at gigabit line rate, so environments demanding 10 GbE or faster will require an additional mezzanine card. PCIe Gen5 lanes serve the storage controller and any add-in accelerators, but the 1U height restricts full-length cards and limits the number of simultaneous high-bandwidth devices. Memory and drives ship separately for on-site installation, adding deployment time before the server enters production.
