Tower server with 12-core Xeon 6505P, 64 GB DDR5, 480 GB NVMe boot drive and ten PCIe Gen5 slots
The HPE ProLiant ML350 G12 tower server is built for general-purpose workloads in office or edge environments. It ships with a single Intel Xeon 6 6505P 12-core processor running at 2.20 GHz and 64 GB of HPE DDR5 Smart Memory in a two-module configuration. Dual 1000W Flex Slot Titanium hot-plug power supplies provide redundant power for continuous operation.
The chassis offers up to 10 PCIe Gen5 slots and two OCP 3.0 slots for add-in cards such as GPUs, additional storage controllers or higher-speed networking. Network connectivity is supplied by a Broadcom BCM5719 quad-port 1 GbE BASE-T OCP3 adapter, limiting throughput to 1 Gbps per port unless a faster OCP or PCIe NIC is installed.
An HPE NS204i-u v2 480 GB NVMe hot-plug device handles boot duties, while the HPE MR408i-o Gen11 storage controller provides 4 GB of cache for attached drives. No hard drives are included, so capacity and performance for data volumes depend entirely on the drives you add. The 64 GB memory configuration suits moderate virtualisation or database tasks; larger datasets will require additional DIMMs.

The server ships with 64 GB as two 32 GB DDR5 modules at 6400 MT/s. Adding matching HPE DDR5 Smart Memory kits keeps the memory bus at its rated speed and maintains ECC protection.
The 12 cores and 48 MB L3 cache at 2.20 GHz base frequency handle parallel tasks such as virtualization, database queries and container orchestration with a 150 W thermal envelope.
Up to 10 PCIe Gen5 slots provide high-bandwidth lanes for NVMe drives or accelerators, while the two OCP 3.0 slots host the included 1 Gb 4-port Ethernet adapter and the MR408i-o storage controller.
