  • RP-SMA male connectors fit TRENDnet TEW-633GR, TEW-630APB, TEW-623PI, TEW-631BRP models
  • Compact 60 mm diameter base with 35 mm height saves desk space

Three RP-SMA Extension Cables

The HQRP set provides three black RG-174 cables each measuring 294 mm with RP-SMA male connectors. A magnetic base of 60 mm diameter and 35 mm height allows flexible placement on metal surfaces. The package includes a coaster and targets users extending antennas on compatible TRENDnet devices.

Replaces Short Fixed Antennas

These cables replace short or fixed antennas when the router or card sits in a weak signal spot. The 294 mm length and magnetic base let you move the antenna to a clearer location without drilling. The upgrade is worth it when the stock cable is too short or the device sits inside a metal cabinet.

Suits TRENDnet TEW-633GR TEW-630APB TEW-623PI

Buyers with those specific models gain flexible antenna positioning using the RP-SMA interface. The set is not for users needing longer runs beyond 294 mm or non RP-SMA connectors. It also does not suit installations requiring permanent screw mounting instead of a magnetic base.

Questions about this item

Will the 60 mm diameter magnetic base fit on my router?

The circular magnetic base measures 60 mm across and 35 mm tall, so it sits flat on any ferrous metal panel or the supplied coaster.

How do I connect the three cables without cross-threading the RP-SMA plugs?

Screw each RP-SMA male connector finger-tight onto the female RP-SMA jack; do not use tools, and align threads before turning to avoid damage.

When should I replace the RG-174 cables if signal drops?

RG-174 is thin and lossy; inspect annually for kinks, corrosion or loose connectors and swap any cable that shows wear or degrades link quality.
