1.47" AMOLED fitness tracker for everyday users

The HTC Band 7 is a wrist-worn activity tracker with a 1.47 inch AMOLED always-on display. It targets men and women who want continuous health metrics and smartphone notifications without a bulky smartwatch. The device runs Zepp OS and includes Amazon Alexa for voice control.

120 sports modes and Alexa voice control

The bundle adds 120 dedicated sports modes that auto-detect workouts and log detailed metrics for each activity. Built-in Alexa lets you set timers, check weather or control smart home devices directly from the wrist. A 5 ATM rating means the tracker survives pool swimming and showering.

Bluetooth connectivity and 18-day battery limit

Data sync relies on a Bluetooth link to a compatible smartphone running the Zepp app. The 232 mAh cell delivers up to 18 days of typical use or 28 days in battery-saver mode. There is no cellular radio, GPS module or onboard music storage, so phone proximity is required for connected features.

Questions about this item

How often will the 232 mAh battery need recharging with daily activity tracking?

Up to 18 days on a single charge, or up to 28 days with battery saver mode enabled.

What limits continuous heart-rate and SpO2 monitoring during long workouts?

The 232 mAh battery supports up to 18 days typical use; sustained sensor use will reduce that runtime.

How warm or noisy does the band get when worn 24 hours a day?

No fan or moving parts; the tracker runs silently and stays at skin temperature during all-day wear.
