Fitness tracking for everyday users

The HTC HM08 smart watch in black combines a 1.04 inch display with continuous heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen monitoring. It records steps, distance, calories and sleep stages automatically. Bluetooth 4.0 links the watch to compatible smartphones for notifications and music control.

Smartphone dependency and platform limits

The watch requires a phone running Android 7.0 or iOS 13.0 with Bluetooth 4.0 to sync data and deliver alerts. It does not pair with PC, iPad or tablet devices. Onboard storage is fixed at 130 MB with no expansion option, so long-term history stays on the phone app.

Battery life that lasts over a week

One charge provides up to 10 days of operating time and the same standby duration, varying with sensor use and notification volume. This makes the HM08 suited for users who prefer infrequent charging, but it cannot support multi-week tracking without a power source.
