NickWatch kids 4G GPS watch

The HTC NickWatch is a 4G-connected smartwatch built for children. It includes an embedded SIM and requires a monthly data plan to operate. Real-time GPS tracking and geo-fencing alerts let parents monitor location from a smartphone app. The device runs on a proprietary platform with no Bluetooth or Wi-Fi support.

Suits families wanting cellular safety features

Parents who want voice calls, texts and an SOS button on a child's wrist will find the core functions covered. School mode and bedtime mode help manage screen time and distractions. Buyers who prefer a watch that works without a subscription or that pairs via Bluetooth to an existing phone should look elsewhere.

16 GB storage and 24-hour battery

The 16 GB internal capacity holds the operating system, apps and cached map data for daily use. Battery life reaches up to 24 hours with GPS and cellular active, so a nightly charge is typical. Heavy voice calling or constant location polling will reduce runtime below the rated figure.
