Health tracking ring for daily wear

The HTC R11M smart ring monitors heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure and sleep patterns using built-in optical sensors. An SC7A20H accelerometer records steps, calories and distance for running, cycling and yoga. It connects via Bluetooth to iPhone and Android devices with no application fee. The 1.04" AMOLED display and 64 MB storage support data review on the finger.

Sustained daily use and battery life

Regular use delivers approximately three to five days of operation while standby extends to seven to ten days. The IP68 rating protects the electronics against sweat and water immersion during hand washing. Continuous sensor sampling and Bluetooth sync maintain steady performance across multi-day periods without thermal throttling or data gaps.

Simple setup with sizing care

The resin and stainless steel case slides onto the chosen finger size for secure all-day wear. Pairing is completed through the companion app on iOS or Android. The main installation issue is selecting an incorrect ring size, which affects sensor contact and comfort. Two charging options are provided to keep downtime minimal.
