HTC S5 Smart Watch 1.04" AMOLED Black

The HTC S5 is a smart watch with a 1.04 inch AMOLED display designed for daily health and activity tracking. It offers 17 sports modes along with continuous heart rate monitoring and sleep analysis. The device connects to smartphones via Bluetooth 5.0 and supports call, message and social media notifications. It is rated IP68 for water resistance during swimming and showering.

Sustained daily tracking and battery behaviour

The tracker automatically records steps, distance, calories and active minutes throughout the day while monitoring heart rate in real time. Battery life lasts five to seven days on a single charge depending on usage intensity. The built-in USB plug allows direct charging without a separate cable, though only the metal contact side of the band supports power input. Continuous sensor use and frequent notifications will reduce the overall runtime between charges.

Simple smartphone pairing with common setup issues

Pairing requires a smartphone running Android 4.4 or iOS 9.0 or higher with Bluetooth 5.0; the watch is not compatible with tablets, PCs or iPads. To power on a new unit, long press the touch point on the bottom of the screen for five seconds. If the device does not charge initially, rotate the watch body and reinsert the USB plug until the vibration and charging icon appear. Time and date synchronise automatically once the companion app is connected.
