Health monitoring and sizing

This HTC Smart Ring R11M in Black Large is a wearable activity tracker for adults who want continuous heart rate, blood oxygen and blood pressure readings every 30 minutes plus automatic sleep-stage analysis. It targets users comfortable with a ring form factor rather than a wrist band. Buyers who need on-device GPS mapping or a display for real-time workout metrics are not served by this product.

Compatibility and fit check

Verify your phone runs Android 5.0 or iOS 9.0 and supports Bluetooth pairing before ordering. Use the supplier sizing kit or measure finger circumference against the size chart to confirm the Large size fits; an incorrect fit affects sensor contact and comfort during sport. No other hardware or account prerequisites are mentioned.

App access and charging

The companion app provides workout route, duration, steps, heart rate, speed, calories and distance across eight sport modes with no subscription fee. A 1–2 hour charge delivers 3–5 days of operating and standby time. IP68 water resistance allows wear during swimming and showering without removing the ring.

Questions about this item

Does the HTC Smart Ring R11M Large come with a sizing kit or must I order it separately?

The manufacturer recommends ordering the sizing kit before purchase; it is not included with the ring.

Which size should I choose for the R11M if my finger measures between the listed options?

Use the provided size chart and measure your finger circumference; the Large model fits the upper range of that chart.

What does the 3-day operating time mean for daily charging with continuous heart-rate tracking every 30 minutes?

With 4.0 sensors sampling every 30 min the ring lasts about 3 days per charge, so expect to recharge roughly twice a week.
