HTC VR11 Smart Ring Health Tracker

The HTC VR11 Smart Ring Health Tracker is a wearable device designed for women and men who want continuous wellness monitoring. It measures heart rate every 30 minutes using 4.0 sensors and tracks sleep cycles and daily activity. The ring connects to smartphones via Bluetooth and works with iOS and Android devices. No subscription is required for any features.

IP68 Waterproof and Charging Case

An IP68 rating means the ring withstands water exposure during daily routines and exercise. The included smart charging case extends usable time beyond five days from a single charge. Without the case the ring lasts two to three days on its own. Touch screen support is not present on the 1.04 inch display.

Suited for All-Day Wear Without Subscriptions

This tracker suits users who prefer a compact, screen-free ring for sleep and fitness insights without recurring fees. Buyers who need on-device notifications or a touch interface should look at something else. The Large size requires checking the circumference chart before purchase to ensure proper fit. Compatibility with Windows is listed alongside smartphone support.

Questions about this item

Does the 1.04" screen or the 4.0 sensors require any periodic maintenance?

The ring has no user-serviceable parts; the 4.0 sensors and 1.04" display are sealed inside the IP68-rated body, so no routine maintenance is needed.

What stops the ring from tracking heart rate every 30 minutes during a full day?

The 2-3 day battery capacity is the first limit; after that the ring must be placed in its charging case to resume 30-minute interval monitoring.

How warm does the ring get when the heart-rate sensor runs every 30 minutes all day?

The ring body stays at skin temperature because the 4.0 sensors draw very little power; no noticeable heat is produced during continuous daily use.
