What the ring does and who wears it

The HTC VR11 smart ring tracks sleep duration, stress levels and heart rate using 4.0 sensors. It pairs with a smartphone over Bluetooth and runs on iOS, Android or Windows. The 1.04 inch display shows activity data without a subscription fee. The silver finish and size 8 fit a large finger.

When the ring replaces another tracker

It replaces a wrist-worn band for users who prefer a smaller form factor and continuous 30-minute heart-rate sampling. The jump is worth it when you want 2 to 3 day battery life extended beyond 10 days with the charging case. Buyers who need onboard GPS or detailed workout maps will not find those functions here.

Installing and common issues

Pairing is done through the companion app after charging the ring in its case. The most frequent problem is an incorrect fit; the supplier stresses measuring finger circumference against the size chart before purchase. A loose ring can reduce sensor accuracy for sleep and stress readings. Water resistance handles daily exposure but not deep submersion.

Questions about this item

What finger circumference does the size 8 ring fit?

Check the size chart before purchase and measure your finger circumference to ensure the best fit.

How do I pair the ring with my phone and what step is often missed?

Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, open the companion app and follow the pairing prompts; the step users often skip is granting all health-data permissions so heart-rate and sleep tracking can start automatically.

How long does the battery last and what indicates it needs recharging?

The ring runs for 2-3 days per charge, or over 10 days with the smart charging case; recharge when the app shows low battery or tracking pauses.
