Adjustable desk footrest

The HUANUO HNFR3 is a plastic footrest designed to sit under a desk and support the feet while seated. It offers three fixed height settings and a rocking tilt range to encourage leg movement during long periods of sitting. A textured surface provides a massaging effect on the soles of the feet. The unit arrives pre-assembled and ready to use.

Office workers and home users needing seated leg

This footrest suits anyone who sits for extended periods and wants to elevate their feet to improve posture and circulation. The rocking motion helps reduce stiffness by promoting active movement. It is not intended for users who need a completely stationary platform with a locked angle. People who plan to stand on the footrest should not use this product.

Three height positions: 11 cm, 14 cm, 17 cm

The height adjusts manually to three discrete levels measuring 11 cm, 14 cm, and 17 cm. Selecting the correct height determines whether the footrest aligns properly with your chair and desk for ergonomic benefit. The platform tilts freely between -30° and +30° without a locking mechanism.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the three height positions of 4.3, 5.5 and 6.7 inches, and what step do people often miss?

The footrest arrives pre-assembled. Select one of the three height settings by moving the support legs into the matching notches until they click securely; the step users skip is confirming both sides are fully locked before sitting down.

What maintenance will the plastic construction and textured surface need over time?

Wipe the ABS plastic platform and circular massage bumps with a damp cloth or water only; avoid harsh cleaners and never stand on the unit, as the care note warns, to prevent cracking the surface texture.

At what point does the free-floating -30° to +30° tilt stop holding its angle during a long work session?

The mechanism has no locking detent, so the platform rocks continuously; the limit you feel first is the physical 30-degree end stop in either direction, after which the tilt cannot increase further.
