Cable Support Grip Offset .75 to .99in

The Hubbell 02203039 cable support grip is an offset eye, single weave device designed to secure cables with diameters between .75 and .99 inches. It is built for installers and maintenance teams who need reliable strain relief in commercial or industrial wiring projects.

Check cable diameter and eye clearance

Before ordering, verify that your cable outer diameter falls within the .75 to .99 inch range. Ensure the mounting location can accommodate the four inch eye length and allows the offset orientation to align with the cable run direction.

Sustained load performance

The tin coated bronze mesh provides a breaking strength of 950 pounds, maintaining grip integrity under continuous mechanical tension. The ten inch mesh length distributes stress evenly along the cable jacket, reducing fatigue during prolonged static or dynamic loading conditions.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box with the Hubbell 02203039 cable support grip and do I need to buy mounting hardware separately?

The package contains the offset eye single weave grip made of tin coated bronze. Mounting hardware such as bolts or brackets is not included and must be sourced separately.

How do I choose the correct version of this support grip for my cable diameter?

Select this model when your cable outside diameter falls between .75 in and .99 in. The grip is designed specifically for that range and is CSA certified for the application.

What does the 950 lb breaking strength mean when the grip is installed on a real cable run?

It indicates the maximum tensile load the mesh can withstand before failure. In practice you apply a safety factor so the working load is well below 950 lb for secure long term support.
