40W Constant-Current LED Driver
This 40W constant-current LED driver supplies a fixed 450 mA output across a 45-89 Vdc range. It accepts a universal 100-277 Vac nominal input (90-305 V min/max) with a power factor above 0.9 and a maximum input current of 0.4 A. The isolated design uses a Black Magic Thermal Advantage plastic housing rated IP66.
Installers needing 0-10V dimming and IP66 protection
Suited for indoor or outdoor LED luminaires that require 0-10V dimming control and a sealed, weatherproof enclosure. Not intended for fixtures that need a different output current, a voltage range outside 45-89 Vdc, or a non-dimmable driver.
Fits standard wiring boxes and damp locations
The driver connects to mains voltages from 100-277 Vac and delivers up to 40W to a compatible LED array. Its IP66-rated housing allows mounting in damp or wet environments without additional weatherproofing. The 0-10V interface works with common dimming controls, freeing the installer from proprietary dimming systems.

Questions about this item
What LED array voltage range must my fixture provide for this 45-89 Vdc driver?
The driver delivers a constant 450 mA across an output window of 45 to 89 Vdc, so the connected LED load must fall within that range.
Will the 0-10 V dimming input work with my existing analogue dimmer that sinks 10 V?
Yes, the unit accepts a standard 0-10 V control signal and dims smoothly from full output down to minimum.
How can I verify the IP66 seal is intact after mounting the housing?
Inspect the Black Magic Thermal Advantage plastic housing for cracks, confirm all cable glands are tight, and check that no moisture enters during a brief spray test.
