Hubbell 4803-2 Aluminum Wire Cap

This Hubbell 4803-2 aluminum wire cap connector accepts cord diameters from .19 in to .25 in and mounts to a 3/4 in MNPT box connection. The straight-style body is silver with a black gland color code and measures 9/16 in from box to end. It is UL 514B listed and supplied new without external strain relief or insulation.

Suits single-cord straight runs needing aluminum

Installers pulling one cord through a 3/4 in MNPT opening and requiring aluminum construction with a .19-.25 in clamping range will find this connector fits. Buyers who need insulated throats, external strain relief, or a different cord diameter range should look at other models. The fixed straight style also does not suit angled or multi-cord installations.

Critical spec: .19 in to .25 in cord diameter range

The connector only clamps cords within the .19 in to .25 in range, so verifying your cable outer diameter against these limits is the single check that decides fit. The 3/4 in MNPT thread and 9/16 in installed length are fixed by the 4803-2 design and cannot be altered.
