Watertight Cover Assembly for 30 A Interlock

This replacement cover assembly fits 30 A mechanical interlock pin-and-sleeve devices. It is moulded from grey non-metallic Valox thermoplastic and carries an IEC rating. The hinged cap design seals the inlet against water ingress when closed. The part weighs 0.15 lb and measures 5.6 in long, 4.6 in wide and 2 in high.

Replaces Damaged or Missing Caps on Existing 30

The CA3430MI is a direct replacement for a cracked, lost or worn hinged cover on a compatible 30 A mechanical interlock. Swapping the cover restores the watertight seal without replacing the entire interlock body. The upgrade is worthwhile when the housing remains intact but the original cap no longer closes securely or shows UV damage.

Suits Installers Maintaining IEC Pin-and-Sleeve

Electricians and facility managers who service 30 A IEC pin-and-sleeve installations will find this cover a convenient spare. It is not intended for devices rated at other currents, for non-interlock configurations or for applications requiring a NEMA-rated enclosure. Buyers needing a complete interlock assembly or a different amperage should look at other parts.
