Trade Size and Length

Hubbell G1125 is a non-metallic liquid-tight conduit supplied in a 100 ft coil. The 1-1/4 in trade size suits general-purpose cable management in commercial and residential electrical projects.

Temperature and Bend Limits

The PVC jacket is rated for continuous operation from 0 Degrees F to 140 Degrees F. A minimum bend radius of 6 1/4 in must be observed during installation to maintain the conduit’s liquid-tight seal and UL 1660 flammability compliance.

Capacity and Direct-Burial Headroom

An inside diameter of 1.4 in provides room for multiple conductors while the 1.65 in outside diameter fits standard fittings. The conduit is approved for direct burial, so it handles wet locations and underground runs without additional protection.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 1-1/4 in trade size or a different diameter for my cable bundle?

Select the 1-1/4 in trade size when your cables need a 1.4 in inside diameter; the 1.65 in outside diameter fits standard knockouts and fittings for this size.

What does the 100 ft nominal length mean when I am pulling wire through a finished run?

The 100 ft coil provides continuous liquid-tight protection for long indoor or outdoor runs; the 6 1/4 in bend radius lets you navigate corners without kinking the PVC jacket.

How do the NEC, UL and UL 1660 listings affect what I can legally install?

The NEC and UL approvals mean the conduit meets code for general-purpose, nonmetallic, direct-burial use; UL 1660 confirms the PVC jacket passes the required flammability test.
