Replaces Worn Series 16 Connectors in Temporary

The non-conductive retaining screw and Insulgrip housing upgrade the grip and locking security over damaged or older Series 16 units. The jump is worthwhile when crews need faster, tool-free changeovers in demanding temporary power applications.

Questions about this item

What does the double set include and do I need any extra parts?

The double set contains two Series 16 single pole connectors in blue rated for 300 AC/DC. No special tools are required; a non-conductive retaining screw locks the contacts to the insulated sleeve.

Should I choose Series 15 or Series 16 for my temporary power setup?

This item is a Series 16 device. Select Series 16 when your existing distribution uses the same series so the raised alignment arrows and Insulgrip housings mate correctly.

What does the 300 AC/DC rating mean when the connector is in use?

It indicates the connector is rated for up to 300 amps in both AC and DC temporary power applications such as entertainment, theme parks, carnival equipment, concerts and movie making.
