15 A locking plug for 125 V equipment

The Hubbell HBL4723VBK is a straight-orientation locking plug rated at 15 amps and 125 volts AC. It suits installers and technicians who need a secure, polarized connection for single-phase loads up to one-half horsepower.

Nylon housing with screw terminals

The black nylon body resists chemicals and impact while meeting an IP20 rating. Screw-terminal wiring under a hinged cover accepts cable diameters from 0.22 to 0.66 inches, allowing field assembly without special tools.

L5-15P limits the application

The NEMA L5-15P configuration provides two poles, three wires and grounding in a locking format that prevents accidental disconnection. It cannot be used where a higher current rating, a different voltage or a non-locking receptacle is required.
