Hubbell HBL8469V 20 A 250 V connector

The Hubbell HBL8469V is a straight-blade connector rated at 20 A and 250 V AC with a NEMA 6-20R configuration. It uses screw terminals for a secure wire connection and accepts cables from .3 in to .66 in diameter. The white housing is dust-ignition proof, moisture resistant and weather resistant, and the device carries a hospital-grade rating.

Suited for high-draw 250 V equipment

This connector suits installers wiring single-phase 20 A loads such as commercial appliances or medical devices that require a grounded 6-20R receptacle. It is not for circuits above 20 A or voltages other than 250 V AC, nor for applications needing a locking blade or an integrated cap and cover.

2 hp motor rating and cable range

The unit is rated for 2 hp motor loads, giving headroom for typical single-phase equipment within the 20 A limit. It comfortably handles cables up to .66 in outside diameter, but larger conductors will not fit the terminals. The screw-terminal design provides reliable contact for permanent installations.
