Female Bus Receptacle for Temporary Power

This green female bus receptacle is a single-pole device rated for 300/400A at 600V AC/DC. It belongs to the Series 15 and Series 16 product lines designed for temporary electrical power distribution. The industrial-grade construction suits demanding environments such as entertainment venues, theme parks and film production sets.

Suits High-Current Temporary Installations

The receptacle serves installers who need quick, tool-free assembly and disassembly for temporary power distribution. A high-strength non-conductive retaining screw locks contacts to the insulated sleeve without special tools. It is not intended for permanent building wiring, low-amperage control circuits or applications requiring a different voltage or current rating.

Tool-Free Locking Changes Assembly Speed

The supplied retaining screw replaces the need for specialised tooling, allowing rapid connection and removal on site. This design reduces setup time for temporary power runs at concerts, carnivals and movie-making locations. No additional accessories or software are bundled with this device.

Questions about this item

Which single-pole plug series must I already have for this Series 15 or 16 female bus receptacle to connect properly?

This receptacle accepts Series 15 and Series 16 single-pole plugs, so you need a matching male plug from either series.

Will my existing 300 A or 400 A single-pole cables work with this 600 V AC/DC receptacle?

Yes, the device is rated for 300/400 A at 600 V AC/DC, so cables within those current and voltage limits are compatible.

How can I verify the retaining screw has locked the contact to the insulated sleeve after assembly?

Tighten the high-strength non-conductive retaining screw until it seats firmly; the contact will then be securely locked to the sleeve.
