Portable Outlet Box 1 Gang 1 Inlet

The Hubbell portable outlet box provides a single-gang enclosure with one inlet for temporary power distribution. Its yellow Valox housing resists impact and chemicals on job sites. The unit ships with two duplex cover plates for immediate use.

Easy Installation With Valox Housing

The box accepts a 3/4 inch hub for conduit or cable entry without special tools. Valox material prevents cracking when overtightened, a common issue with phenolic boxes. Cover plates fasten with standard screws to maintain a secure seal.

Verify Hub Size And Capacity Before Ordering

Confirm your cable fits the 3/4 inch hub and that the 1 cubic inch capacity meets your wiring fill requirements. The 4.82 by 3.18 by 4.2 inch dimensions determine whether the box fits your mounting location. Check local codes for portable outlet box approvals.
