3/4-inch threaded aluminum conduit outlet body with 7.0 cu. in. capacity for IMC and RMC raceways
The Hubbell Killark T27SA is an aluminum conduit outlet body designed for trade size 3/4 inch IMC and RMC installations. Its T-style body provides a 7.0 cubic inch capacity for wire splicing and pulling in hazardous locations. The powder-coated gray Duraloy 7 finish resists corrosion in industrial environments.
As a passive aluminum fitting, the conduit body generates no operational noise and draws zero electrical power. The material dissipates ambient heat naturally without fans or active cooling. Threaded connections and a flat back design maintain a sealed raceway system during normal operation.
Under continuous conduit fill the aluminum body retains structural integrity at its 9.5 cubic inch maximum capacity. The powder-coated finish withstands prolonged exposure to industrial atmospheres without degradation. Multi-angle connection orientation supports consistent wire-pulling performance across extended installation runs.

Thread the 3/4 in hub onto the conduit, tighten to code torque, then mount the 270G cover with its gasket to maintain the hazardous-location seal — skipping the cover gasket is the frequent error.
Inspect the powder-coated aluminum for corrosion and the 270G cover gasket for cracking; replace the gasket or the cover if the seal degrades in hazardous areas.
The 9.5 cu in body capacity limits conductor fill and heat dissipation, so exceeding NEC fill rules becomes the first constraint under sustained load.
