The Hubbell Incorporated MC1C is a straight liquid-tight conduit connector sized for 1/2 in trade conduit. It joins jacketed metal-clad cable to a 1/2 in MNPT box entry in industrial and hazardous-location electrical installations.

Copper-Free Aluminium Build

The body is made from copper-free aluminium with a silver finish, providing corrosion resistance without the risk of galvanic reaction in certain environments. No insulated throat or external grounding lug is fitted, and the design omits a strain-relief mesh.

Hazardous-Location Rating Limits

The fitting carries Class I Division 2 Groups A–D, Class II Division 1 and 2 Groups E–G, and Class III Division 1 and 2 ratings. It is not rated for Class I Division 1 areas, so installers needing that classification must select a different fitting.
