3/8 in Liquid-Tight Conduit Fitting

The Hubbell P038NBKA is a straight-threaded connector designed for flexible liquid-tight non-metallic conduit. It provides an insulated transition from 3/8 in trade-size conduit to a 1/2 in MNPT box connection. The nylon body is rated for indoor and outdoor use.

Upgrade from non-insulated or metallic fittings

This fitting replaces basic connectors that lack insulated throats or liquid-tight sealing. The jump is worth it when code requires protection for conductors entering an enclosure in damp or wet locations. The straight orientation suits direct entry without bending radius constraints.

Suits electricians pulling non-metallic flexible

Installers who need a black nylon connector with a 3/8 in knockout match will find the thread compatible and the insulation integral. It is not for metallic conduit systems, hazardous-location classifications, or applications requiring an external grounding lug or strain-relief mesh.
