Trade-size 3 in conduit cap

This RACO 2412 cap seals the end of 3 in EMT, IMC or RMC metallic conduit runs. The aluminium body with plain natural finish includes an insulated plastic liner and a built-in clamp for a secure, snap-on connection. It is UL listed for service entrance applications. The fitting weighs 4.1 lb and measures 6.44 in outside diameter.

Snap-on clamp frees threading time

The clamp connection removes the need to thread conduit or use separate locknuts during installation. The insulated throat protects conductors from sharp edges while the single-piece design reduces the component count in a service entrance assembly. Compatible with three conduit types so one fitting covers multiple raceway systems.

Aluminium body sheds heat naturally

The plain aluminium finish dissipates heat from conductors without added coatings that can trap warmth. No moving parts or seals mean silent operation and no maintenance after installation. Power draw is zero as this is a passive mechanical fitting.
