Liquid-tight conduit fitting for 90-degree runs

This RACO 3546-3 connector joins flexible liquid-tight metallic or non-metallic Type B conduit to a 1-1/2 in MNPT box entry at a 90-degree angle. The insulated steel body carries an electro-zinc finish in gray and is intended for new installations that require a watertight seal.

Verify conduit type and box thread before ordering

Confirm the existing conduit is flexible liquid-tight metallic or flexible liquid-tight non-metallic Type B and that the enclosure provides a matching 1-1/2 in MNPT opening. The fitting includes no strain-relief mesh, so separate cable support must be planned where required by code.

Steel construction maintains seal under continuous

The electro-zinc coated iron and steel housing resists corrosion during prolonged contact with moisture, oils and temperature cycling. The insulated throat protects conductors from abrasion when the conduit remains under sustained mechanical stress or vibration.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need to buy any extra parts for installation?

The box contains the 90-degree RACO 3546-3 conduit fitting. No additional components are included; you must supply the compatible liquid-tight conduit and any locknuts or bushings required by your enclosure.

Which trade size should I choose for my conduit run?

Select the 1-1/2 inch trade size only when your flexible liquid-tight metallic or non-metallic Type B conduit matches that exact diameter.

What does the 90-degree orientation mean once the fitting is installed?

The 90-degree bend routes the conduit perpendicular to the box entry, saving space in tight cabinets or panel boards.
