Conduit Outlet Body

The Hubbell RACO RC200 is an aluminium conduit outlet body built for trade size 2 inch installations. It provides a threaded connection point for IMC and RMC conduit runs in commercial and industrial electrical systems. The C‑shaped body offers 67 cu in of internal capacity for wire splices and bends.

Upgrade from smaller bodies

This unit replaces 1 inch or 1 1/2 inch outlet bodies when conduit fill calculations demand more cubic inches. The jump is worth it when the conductor count or bend radius exceeds the capacity of smaller trade sizes. It is not for buyers who need a hazardous‑location rated fitting.

Sustained load behaviour

Powder‑coated aluminium resists corrosion during long‑term exposure in damp or outdoor environments. The flat back and threaded hubs maintain mechanical integrity under continuous vibration and thermal cycling. The 1.323 lb weight reflects solid construction that does not deform when conduit is torqued to specification.
