Purpose & Fit

The Hubbell VHC1024 is a 45-degree liquid-tight cord connector built for 1/2 inch MNPT box entries. It accepts a single cable with a diameter between .50 and .63 inches and is suited for installers who need a compact angled entry in dry or damp locations.

Build & Connections

The aluminium body with a silver finish and brown gland resists corrosion while the 45-degree style routes cable neatly against walls or enclosures. No external strain relief is fitted so the connector relies on the internal gland seal; the two-inch length from box face to connector end keeps the profile low inside tight cabinets.

Compatibility Check

Verify that your enclosure has a 1/2 inch MNPT threaded opening and that the cable outer diameter falls within the .50 to .63 inch range. The connector is not insulated and provides no external strain relief, so confirm those omissions meet local code requirements before ordering.
